Law Librarian (Guest) The Court of Common Pleas has chosen NOT to provide pre-made forms for divorce. Divorce can be a complicated matter and it is recommended that you seek help from an attorney in order to protect your rights. The custody forms were supplied as a curtesy.


Some other Pennsylvania counties (notably Lancaster, Adams and Dauphin) have prepared form packets and they may or may NOT be usable in Beaver County.

B. Dengel (Guest) I have now corrected that link. The Civil Rules were correct on the Civil Rules page even though it was wrong on the Real Property page. Sorry! Very few acceptable forms are avail free on the Internet however I have books in the Law Library with good sample forms.

Vondell McCoy (Guest) There is no form. This section is completely useless for persons uneducated in law and legal forms. The link for the actual form doesn't work. This is very discouraging and has limited my and others access to the courts.

The next time I am in the Pittsburgh area I would like to take the opportunity to visit. Access to information is important for everyone. What they do with it is, unfortunately, their problem.
