PENNSYLVANIA RULES OF COURT – The Support Guidelines are Rule 1910 and its subsections.    Most people are interested in seeing the chart, which is Rule 1910.16-3.  The first column is now the combined net monthly income.  The definition of what is included in “net monthly income” is found at 1910.16-2(c).  The formula is provided in Rule 1910.16-4. The Rules also contain information on support when multiple families are involved, reduced or fluctuating income, split custody and many other issues. We cannot calculate your support payments for you.

This is a terrific website legal resource. I'm a lawyer in California, and PA. I teach fulltime. I've been able to access information here that is going to help my brother right there in Beaver. God bless you. I'm proud to say I'm from Beaver County and Penn State! Your court is nice looking too.
